Monthly Spending – February 2020

Here are all of my expenses for the last month!  My bulk spending included two bricks of cheese, four cans of olives, six packages of pasta/rice sides, five cans of vegetables, and eight containers of yogurt.  The week after I bought eighteen eggs for $0.99, a dozen eggs were on sale for $0.29.  Amazingly, they’ve been on sale for $0.29 several times in the last few months.  I forgot to include yogurt in my post about sweet treat alternatives because it is rarely my right price.  Grapes were on sale, and they were more delicious than normal so I bought two bags and froze one of them.  The picture is the receipt for the pasta/rice sides.  They were on sale, plus I had a digital coupon for $5 off my purchase of $5 or more.  Depending on which brand I’m getting, I usually pay $0.88 or $0.99 for each package.  I was pretty excited about paying $0.94 for six packages!

  1. That is great to get 6 sides for less than $1. I know you have bulk items, but I still do not understand how you can eat for so little money.
