Monthly Spending – July 2022

Here are all of my expenses for the last month!  I normally need fuel every other month, and I normally fill up the tank when I have a quarter left.  In July, I let it go a little under a quarter since prices increased so much.  I was trying to wait until after the holidays when prices usually decrease.  After prices started decreasing, I decided to buy four gallons in July to prevent running too low, and it paid off since prices dropped by a dollar (from the high) in August.  I saved $16 by waiting to fill up in August.  I buy cans of chicken in four-packs, and I was shocked when the packs increased by two dollars.  It was time for my annual renewal for my home phone. It actually renewed in June, but I forgot to include it. My bulk spending included five bottles of body wash, two loaves of bread, sixteen cans of chicken, two dozen eggs, four packages of hot dog wieners, three packages of pasta/rice sides, four cans of pasta with meat, two containers of peanuts, two boxes of salad dressing mix (each contains four packets), two boxes of saltines, six boxes of soup mix (each contains two packets), three cans of vegetables, and eighteen bottles of wine.
